We're hiring a Director, Speciality, Multicultural, and Innovative Insurance Product Solutions to join our Insurance Product Development team. The role is accountable for the end-to-end strategy, design, execution, and performance of a portfolio of differentiated product solutions that address complex, high need, and emerging member segments.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or 4+ commensurate work experience
• 10+ years of experience developing and managing commercial insurance products
• 8+ years experience with people leadership, including managing managers or senior individual contributors
• 6+ years of experience developing, evaluating, and monitoring business cases, including revenue forecasts, cost structures, ROI, and long-term value creation
