Job Description
Oscar is seeking an Associate, Medical Cost Analytics to join the Medical Economics team. This role involves analyzing medical costs to understand trend drivers, forecast financial outcomes, and identify cost savings opportunities. The position reports to the Senior Director of Medical Economics and requires collaborating with other teams including Data Science, Finance, and Payment Integrity.
Requirements
- College degree in a STEM field
- 4+ years of quantitative analysis experience
- Demonstrable track record of building analytics that drive business decisions
