Job Description
Join our fast growing beauty brand as a Regional Field Sales Manager, West. Drive field execution and performance across priority retail doors, develop and lead field strategy, build strong store-level relationships, and recruit, coach, and develop field team talent.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of field sales experience within the beauty industry
- 2+ years in a Regional Sales Manager (or equivalent field leadership) role
- Proven experience driving results within Ulta and Nordstrom
