Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician, attend to customer premises to carry out servicing, inspections, breakdown support and repairs to access equipment. Provide superior customer service and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Travel to customer sites and complete paperwork and inspection forms in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Trade qualification in elevating work platform technology, heavy vehicle, diesel, automotive, auto electrical or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal
• Ability to establish rapport with internal and external customers
• Drivers licence
• Proficient Language, Literacy and Numeracy
