Senior Director of Finance

Pratt Miller is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to lead and influence across functional, operational, and business unit teams to deliver on key responsibilities, including partnering with the CEO and executive leadership team to co-develop and execute strategies, overseeing accounting operations, and leading financial planning and analysis.

Requirements

• Partner with the Pratt Miller CEO and executive leadership team to co-develop and execute strategies
• Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX, and Oshkosh Corporation policies
• Direct the preparation of accurate, timely financial statements, variance analyses, and performance dashboards
• Lead all aspects of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting for the segment
• Collaborate with Oshkosh Corporation and corporate finance peers to implement best practices and standardize processes
• Partner with business unit leaders to drive financial discipline, cost management, and operational excellence across programs
• Provide financial leadership for business case development, project monitoring, post-project reviews, and financial accountability
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
• Advance digital transformation through automation, analytics, and digital tools to enhance reporting accuracy, timeliness, and insight generation
• Oversee the coordination of internal and external audits and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws and regulations
