Job Description
OSI Digital is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join their team, providing technical guidance and support to business and customers, troubleshooting, and configuring desktops, networks, and software.
Requirements
- Advanced desktop support experience
- Troubleshooting, configuration, software installation
- Adept at M365, Windows, Active Directory, ticketing systems
- Strong networking skills
- 2-8 years of experience in software, hardware and network
- Strong customer service skills, detail oriented, and deadline driven
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
