We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesforce Sales Representative to join our growing Salesforce Consulting team. The ideal candidate will specialize in selling Salesforce consulting, implementation, and managed services to New mid-market and enterprise clients in North America.
Requirements
- Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting, networking, events, and inbound inquiries.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client business challenges and align Salesforce consulting services to address them.
- Present and position the company’s Salesforce offerings — including implementation, customization, integration, and managed services.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle — from lead generation to deal closure and handoff to delivery.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, delivery, and customer success teams to align messaging and ensure a seamless client experience.
