
Job description
As an IT Support Engineer, you'll ensure our local IT infrastructure functions efficiently and reliably for both local and remote users. You'll apply technical expertise and follow global IT best practices to optimize and support our operations.
Provide first-line support to users, deploy and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices, execute system installations, tests, and integrations, monitor and maintain system performance, reliability, and security, and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
You'll join our global IT servicedesk team and report remotely to the IT Service Manager. You'll work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and have the ability to work at multiple company locations.
