Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Controller (m/w/d) for our main location in Leer as part of a long-term succession plan. The role involves handling complex analytical questions on a bank-wide basis, supporting the planning and control of central revenue, balance sheet, and risk structures, and making a significant contribution to overall bank management.
Requirements
- Completed bank training supplemented by further education or training, or a completed degree with a focus on banking and finance
- Several years of experience in Controlling at a banking institution
- Safe handling of the standard Office applications (especially Excel)
- Comprehensive understanding of internal processes and connections on a bank-wide basis and the ability to incorporate these into analysis, evaluation, and management
- High degree of responsibility, trustworthiness, and team skills
