Job Description
The Accountant is a key contributor to the financial integrity and operational discipline of the organization, owning critical accounting functions, leading complex close activities, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and insightful analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience of progressive accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in accounting, or finance
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, financial analysis)
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred; SAP, Oracle, or similar acceptable)
- Strong understanding of POS and inventory management systems
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical judgment
- Experience in preparing financial statements according to US GAAP and Italian GAAP and working with internal and external audit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision making with proactivity and self-direction.
Benefits
- Salary Range: $75K-$80K
