Job Description
Finance Controlling Specialist responsible for executing core General Ledger (GL) and financial accounting activities, supporting financial planning, analysis, and business performance management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance (GL or FP&A experience preferred).
- Solid understanding of financial statements, accrual accounting, and monthly closing procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling).
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
