Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, dedicated to hiring for sales & business development roles in non tech industries
- Experience recruiting in the DACH market and native fluency in German with an excellent command of English
- Strong understanding of sales roles and the ability to effectively evaluate candidates’ sales capabilities
