Sales Trader (Polish Market)

OTC Flow is a leading environmental commodity trading company seeking a Sales Trader to join their expanding team in Amsterdam. The successful candidate will build their own client portfolio and provide strategic trade solutions to support clients in meeting their environmental compliance objectives.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Native-level Polish and fluent English
• Proven experience working as a broker / 360 agency recruiter / sales trader or in similar client-facing role
• Cold calling and prospecting experience
• Commercial attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
