The role will maintain vendor relationships, facilities services, and operational processes, and serve as the first point of contact for guests, suppliers, and vendors. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and service-oriented, with a strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in a related field, preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office ā Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, reception, or facilities coordination
- Experience working in financial services, preferred
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively
- Positive, ācanādoā attitude with strong problemāsolving skills
