Office Coordinator

We're looking for an Office Coordinator to own the day-to-day office experience, serve as a trusted operational partner to the Chief People Officer, and ensure the TriEdge office runs seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have a hospitality-forward mindset, be highly organized, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or administrative support in a professional environment
• Hospitality-forward mindset with strong service orientation and the ability to anticipate needs
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential people-related matters with discretion
• Strong multitasker with an ownership mindset and bias to action
• Excellent interpersonal skills and calm under pressure
