Job Description
Join Oteemo as a Test Manager and become part of a transformation powerhouse where innovation meets impact. As a Test Manager, you will oversee the entire hardware and software testing lifecycle, ensuring products meet quality and are ready to ship and deploy.
Requirements
- Authoring comprehensive test strategies, schedules, frameworks, and methodologies
- Identifying, tracking, managing, and mitigating risks to test and release schedules
- Designing and executing qualification and acceptance testing for multiple concurrent systems and product releases
- Creating and managing test artifacts and reports
- Creating and managing automated test and testing infrastructure
- Leading, scheduling, and tasking a team of system test and evaluation engineers
- Experience in systems integration and end-to-end testing
- Experience in scripting languages and testing frameworks
- Experience in programming languages
- Experience in coordination and management of test events
- Experience in unit, subsystem, system, system of system, and requirements testing
