Job Description
The OTG Summer IAH Talent Acquisition Intern will have an immersive, hands-on learning experience within OTG Management at the airport. The Intern will be assigned to Talent Acquisition and assist with various projects and research.
Requirements
- Learn and uphold the organization's values, philosophy, ethics, integrity, and code of conduct
- Assist with various projects and research, as requested by the department
- Learn the ROB (rhythm of business)
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience
- Enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s Program in an accredited College or University, perusing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communication
- Knowledge of HRIS (HR Information System) or HCM systems is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- High levels of initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to take constructive feedback
- Successful in both an independent and team-oriented work environment
- Strong work ethic, integrity, positive attitude
