Otis is a leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company. We are recruiting a Service Sales Representative to join our team. The role will be responsible for achieving sales targets through three main aspects: maintaining existing product orders, acquiring new sales orders, and selling updated renovation and maintenance services based on customer needs.

Requirements

• Maintain existing client relationships to obtain maintenance orders
• Act as a business contact for the company, responding promptly to client inquiries
• Obtain maintenance and renovation business orders through sales networks, bidding, and other means
• Develop sales strategies to achieve sales targets and ensure sales profitability
• Use internal sales tools to effectively track project progress and estimate performance indicators
• Negotiate sales to facilitate transactions and promptly collect accounts receivable
• Collaborate closely with other sales partners and site colleagues
