As our Human Resources Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor, a strategic partner, and a catalyst for positive change. Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner supporting business leaders.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Fluency in English is required
- Solid experience working in unionized environments, with strong hands-on knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and labor relations.
- Strong working knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT), labor compliance requirements, and employee relations best practices.
- Proven ability to influence and coach leaders on people, talent, and labor-related decisions.
- Experience managing employee relations cases, disciplinary processes, and terminations in compliance with the LFT and union agreements.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate HR metrics into actionable insights for the business.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive employee and labor matters.
