The Sales Representative - Renovation is responsible for driving growth in the modernization and renovation business, ensuring elevators receive a second service life that benefits both the customer and Otis.
Requirements
- Engage customers proactively to create awareness and highlight the benefits of elevator renovation.
- Present tailored Otis solutions, identifying customer-specific needs and delivering value-driven proposals.
- Prepare accurate configurations, pricing, and quotations for the full and partial range of Otis renovation products.
- Independently negotiate and close deals, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation (upper funnel) to deal closure (lower funnel).
- Plan and forecast orders on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis to meet business targets.
- Provide reliable loss reporting and maintain transparency in sales performance.
- Collaborate closely with sales support and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Work in cross-functional teams for complex bids and RFQs, ensuring competitive and compliant proposals.
- Act as a role model for Otis Absolutes, demonstrating integrity and commitment in all decisions and daily activities.
