Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in field service operations, preferably in elevators, escalators, or related industries
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem‐solving skills
• Customer‐focused mindset with good communication skills
• Proficient in computer and digital tools for service operations
• Thai language proficiency is required
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (written); spoken English is an advantage
