Job Description
Otis & Sigma is seeking Senior Associate, Field Services to lead field service teams and deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality maintenance services in Thailand. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, experience in field service operations, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in field service operations, preferably in elevators, escalators, or related industries
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills
- Proficient in computer and digital tools for service operations
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (written); spoken English is an advantage
- Thai language proficiency is required
