Superviseur Maintenance (H/F)

We are developing our activity and looking for a Maintenance Supervisor (H/F) to create our 5th sector in Luxembourg. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing their elevator perimeter in accordance with OTIS global methods and procedures.

Requirements

• Ensure strict respect of our absolutes: Quality, Ethics, and Safety
• Direct the execution of maintenance activities on a defined park to honor our contracts and ensure the quality of service expected by our customers.
• Respect all financial performance objectives of contracts
• Work in collaboration with Sales reps and the Customer Care Desk team to ensure a smooth and transparent communication in favor of our customers
• Perform safety audits on site, site inspections (risk files) and develop safety and logistics plans on site.
• Conduct on-site training to ensure we create and maintain a qualitative working environment
• Promote the use of Otis applications such as OOV, PARTS and SUPPORT
• Ensure respect of labor code and eTime pointings
• Coordinate orders and deliveries of materials for installation reliability.
