Superviseur New Equipment (H/F)

The New Equipment Supervisor is responsible for managing New Equipment Sales/BEX elevator projects in accordance with OTIS global methods and procedures. This includes installation activities, customer satisfaction, and general management activities.

Requirements

• Direct the execution of customer activities related to the New Equipment division of Otis
• Ensure the supervision of technicians and installation teams
• Meet all financial performance objectives, including profits and working capital
• Train your teams to create and maintain a safe working environment
• Perform security checks and inspections in customer premises and develop security and logistics plans
• Coordinate material deliveries and issue purchase orders
• Develop and maintain professional and productive relationships with colleagues, customer employees, customers, and anyone else related to the work
• Plan and schedule workforce resources to ensure the timely execution of projects, maintain customer quality assurance, and improve efficiency
• Analyze situations with precision and help develop contingencies for estimates
