Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a talented individual to lead recruiting processes in Spain, to build what's next for Otis. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition Iberia, Africa & Middle East.

Requirements

• Recruit new and diverse colleagues for Otis Spain.
• Develop and update compelling job descriptions.
• Prepare recruitment material and advertise open positions on relevant job boards.
• Search and recruit candidates using appropriate databases, social networks, etc.
• Screen candidate CV's and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various methods of reliable recruitment and selection tools to filter candidates within the timeframe provided.
• Assess relevant knowledge, skills, interpersonal skills, experience and aptitudes of candidates.
