Job Description
The Chief Legal Officer (CLO) will serve as the company’s principal legal advisor and a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Directors, overseeing all legal, regulatory, compliance, corporate governance, and risk management functions across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive legal experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Significant experience in fintech, payments, financial services, or banking.
- Proven experience supporting high-growth companies, ideally including IPO preparation or public company governance.
- Deep knowledge of financial services regulation, AML/ATF, privacy law, and cross-border compliance frameworks.
