Chief Legal Officer

The Chief Legal Officer is responsible for leading and overseeing the entire legal function across the Group and its subsidiaries, ensuring full legal compliance, managing high-stakes litigation, and providing strategic legal guidance to executive leadership and the Board.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) – Mandatory
• Master’s Degree in Law or relevant postgraduate studies – Preferred
• Licensed to practice law in Egypt
• 15+ years of progressive legal experience
• Minimum 7–10 years in a senior legal leadership role
• Strong background in real estate development and construction law
• Proven experience managing complex litigation and arbitration cases
• Experience within group structures or multi-subsidiary organizations is highly preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Egyptian corporate, commercial, real estate, and labor laws
• Strong litigation and arbitration management expertise
• Executive-level contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Risk assessment and compliance framework development
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and real estate regulatory procedures
