Requirements

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Assistant educational program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association, Inc. (AOTA)
• Minimum of two years' experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with community/home health experience preferred
• Certified by the American Occupational Therapy Association as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation that is insured in accordance with Ohio requirements
• Maintains current CPR certification
