Job Description
Otterbein Home Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist - PRN - Home Health to provide comprehensive occupational therapy modalities to patients in their place of residence. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in occupational therapy, current licensure, and a minimum of two years' experience as an Occupational Therapist.
Requirements
- Evaluate, plan, and administer comprehensive occupational therapy modalities/regimes to patients in their place of residence
- Develop and restore function through rehabilitative occupational therapy as prescribed by a physician
- Assist with coordination and collaboration of obtaining DME and safety devices with patient/family/and health care team members
