Job Description
Otterbein Hospice is seeking a CNA/STNA to assist in the growth of their hospice ministry. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering person-centered care, with a focus on respecting every resident's choices. The position involves providing personal care, observing and recording patient symptoms, and communicating with patients and their families.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 18
- Must have completed the 9th grade, with ability to read or write at an adequate level
- CNA/State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation that is insured in accordance with Ohio requirements
