CNA/STNA - Hospice

Otterbein Hospice provides professional, personalized, and holistic medical care to ensure physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort. The team provides care for clients and their families through all stages of life’s journey.

Requirements

• Provides personal care
• Respects patient rights and dignity
• Maintains a positive, professional manner
• Keeps a record of hospice STNA plan of care for each patient assigned
• Observes, records, and reports the patient’s care, symptoms, emotional and physical status
• Communicates appropriately with the patient/family and agency personnel
• Attends required in-services and meetings as identified by the agency
• Participates in Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities
• Travels to see patients between Lebanon, Middletown, and Springboro
