Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)

We are looking for caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team to provide direct resident care and collaborate with physicians, residents and multi-disciplinary team members.

Requirements

• Graduate of approved nursing program
• Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR
• At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long term care experience preferred
