Maintenance Tech

Maintenance Tech responsible for general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds keeping, with emergency on-call. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Full-time position.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Ohio driver's license
• General maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Mechanical experience with H.V.A.C., mowers, and vehicles
