• Overseeing and monitoring production orders while considering quality and deadlines
• Leading, motivating, and developing your team
• Planning and optimizing personnel and machine capacity
• Evaluating and reporting on key performance indicators
• Monitoring and optimizing production workflows while considering relevant key performance indicators
• Compliance with and implementation of quality, safety, and company standards
• Coordination with internal and external interfaces for efficient production
