We are looking for a Team Leader to lead our Ambulant area in Performance Claim Processing. The ideal candidate has multi-year experience in performance claim processing, leadership experience, and a deep knowledge of the subject. They will be responsible for professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of 6 employees, promoting and developing successful cross-location-based collaboration, and keeping processes and structures under control.

Requirements

• Multi-year experience in performance claim processing
• Leadership experience
• Deep knowledge of the subject
• Strong communication and team skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Experience with standard office programs (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Good process understanding and IT affinity
