An Experienced RN Manager - Clinical Services Inpatient Critical Care - NIGHTS is needed to manage the day-to-day clinical operations of their department, maintaining nursing practice standards and upholding the nursing code of ethics to ensure the highest quality of safe, patient care delivery.

Requirements

• Accountable for clinical care and departmental performance and metrics.
• Develops and updates performance improvement tools, productivity reports, fiscal status and quality statistics.
• Manages department budget and resources, and understands the organization’s financial processes.
• Aligns behaviors with OU Health values, serving as a role model for staff in professional practice.
• Effectively manages the selection, retention and performance of the team through coaching, providing real-time feedback, training and routine recognition practices.
