RN Manager - Trauma ICU - Full Time - Days

An OU Health Manager of Nursing manages the day-to-day clinical operations of their department, maintaining nursing practice standards and upholding the nursing code of ethics to ensure the highest quality of safe, patient care delivery.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, Master's in Nursing preferred
• Current Registered Nurse License (RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact Registered Nurse (eNLC)) with established residency within 6 months
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) certification required upon hire
• Nursing specialty or leadership certification(s) preferred
