Job Description
The Nurse Manager, Pediatric Trauma Program, is responsible for managing the day-to-day clinical operations of the Trauma Program department at OU Health. They will maintain nursing practice standards, uphold the nursing code of ethics, and ensure the highest quality of safe patient care delivery.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Master's in Nursing preferred
- Current Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support certification
