IAM Epic Security Analyst - Remote

The IAM Epic Security Analyst - Remote position advises in the development, support, and functionality roll out of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, providing technical support to end-users and leading efforts to optimize the performance and usability of the EHR system.

Requirements

• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving complex technical issues and system errors
• Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and resolving system errors
• Provide guidance to other team members for and perform routine maintenance tasks
• Lead efforts to optimize the performance and usability of the EHR system
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures
• Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts and end-users
