Job Description
Oumi is on a mission to make frontier AI truly open for all. As Head of Growth, you will operate as a senior, company-shaping leader responsible for building and scaling Oumi’s growth engine across both product-led and enterprise motions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth, product, or GTM roles, with significant time in high-growth startups.
- Experience operating at a senior leadership level (Head of / VP / C-level or close), ideally in growth, or a hybrid role.
- Background in enterprise B2B AI / GenAI products is strongly preferred.
- Experience scaling companies from seed to Series A (or similar early-stage environments).
- Proven track record of building or scaling both product-led services (PLS) and enterprise-led growth motions.
