Job Description
Weâre looking for a Staff Analytics Platform Engineer to shape the architecture, reliability, and future direction of the analytics platform that powers trusted, highâquality insight across Our Future Health.
Requirements
- Co-owning the analytics platform architecture
- Defining and driving the long-term technical vision for the analytics platform
- Establishing architectural principles and patterns
- Leading high-impact platform initiatives
- Owning and evolving core platform components
- Acting as the technical escalation point for complex, cross-cutting platform issues
- Driving Snowflake performance and cost optimisation
- Implementing and maturing data SLAs/SLOs, data observability, lineage, and quality frameworks
- Collaborating with data product and engineering teams
- Influencing how teams design and interact with data systems
- Providing technical mentorship to analytics engineers and platform engineers
