Sachbearbeiter/-in Finanzen / Buchhalter/-in (m/w/d) – Schwerpunkt Nebenkostenabrechnung Gewerbeimmobilien (Outlet Montabaur)

We are looking for a structured and self-reliant personality in the Finance Operations department for the Outlet Montabaur. The focus of the role is the professional creation of ancillary cost invoices for the outlet center and over 60 tenants.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (e.g. office clerk, industrial clerk, tax clerk) or equivalent
• Demonstrable practice in ancillary cost accounting, preferably commercial properties/centers/property management
• Good Excel skills; experience with digital storage/ workflows desirable
• High independence, responsibility, and accuracy
