Metallurgical Process Engineer

As a global leader in Stainless Steel, we're seeking a dynamic Metallurgical/Materials Science Process Engineer to join our Cold Rolling Works team in Calvert, North Mobile County, AL. The role focuses on the continuous improvement of the 20-high Sendzimir mill's reliability and performance, ensuring maximum output with minimum defects while maintaining rigorous safety and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical, Material Science, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
• 2-5+ years of experience in heavy manufacturing environment
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Green Belt) certification is highly desirable
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Production Planning Systems, Power BI), and MS Office suite
