Job Description
We're seeking a Metallurgical Process Engineer to lead industrialization activities for new product introductions and process changes, develop and validate manufacturing processes, and drive product quality improvements through defect investigation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Metallurgical degree preferred
- Certified in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, preferred
- Working knowledge and experience with steel manufacturing processes
- Experience in project management
- Technical knowledge in thermodynamics and kinetics of steel processing
- Ability to use modern data analytical techniques
- Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
- Experience in deep problem solving and analysis of industrial problems
