Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to support our accounting department in managing financial records and transactions.
Requirements
- Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain financial data in accounting software and databases.
- Invoicing: Generate and issue invoices to clients, monitor payment schedules, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconciliation: Assist with bank reconciliations and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including accounts receivable aging and monthly summaries.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for financial inquiries from internal departments and external clients.
- Audit Support: Assist in preparing documentation and data for internal and external audits.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
