Requirements
- Set up and schedule appointments to maximize workshop availability
- Answer and attend to customers' queries and update CRM information
- Create job cards and attach relevant documents
- Identify recalls and inform clients, take action, and process information
- Allocate and monitor 'client waiting' appointments
- Communicate with team leaders regarding work status and queries
- Monitor daily log sheet
- Contact customers to approve additional repairs and update team leaders
- Confirm additional/future repairs and order parts
- Identify repeat repair concerns and process job cards
- Prepare weekly job cards for filing and warranty job cards
- Contact customers for vehicle collection
- Request approvals for Government purchase orders and vehicle collection
- Register service packs for new vehicles and upgrade existing service packs
- Process cash deposits and prepare detailed cash and warranty invoices
