Senior Technical Program Manager, Trust & Safety - Prague, Czechia

Outreach is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager of Trust & Safety to define, build, and manage our anti-abuse program and overall email governance strategy. This role will own the execution of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, security, legal, and other teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a Technical Program Manager role focused on email deliverability or security capacity in a fast-paced, SaaS software company
• Strong working knowledge of foundational email infrastructure concepts, including DNS, domain governance, and security
• Proven track record in optimizing and technical troubleshooting large-scale email deliverability
• Expert-level knowledge of global email regulatory and compliance frameworks, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and CASL
• Experienced in defining and managing strategies for brand protection in the digital ecosystem
