Brand Designer

Outset is seeking a Brand Designer to lead the creative force behind how the company shows up in the world, from paid campaigns to launch moments. The role sits at the intersection of brand and marketing, requiring strong design experience and the ability to produce high-quality assets across digital, print, and social formats.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of brand or graphic design experience
• Proven ability to move quickly and produce high-quality assets
• Experience with Figma and AI tools
• Experience in web development basics with AI tools
• Proficiency in updating and maintaining marketing website infrastructure
• Strong eye for typography, hierarchy, and layout
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Motion design or video editing experience
