Product Designer

Outset is a research company that uses AI-powered user interviews to help global brands achieve deeper insights about their users. The company is backed by top Silicon Valley investors and is looking for a Product Designer to shape intuitive and elegant experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products (startup or SaaS experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and visual design skills
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar)
• Experience collaborating in agile, cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to present design decisions clearly
• A growth mindset and willingness to experiment, iterate, and learn quickly
• Experience with motion design, illustration, or design systems
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design
