We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market strategy, positioning, and product storytelling for our core platform.
Requirements
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches and feature enhancements.
- Own product messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation across channels.
- Conduct market research and customer insights work to uncover needs, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Create enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, playbooks) to arm Sales and Customer Success with clear, effective messaging to drive pipeline and customer adoption.
- Partner closely with content to ensure our product marketing and content marketing strategies are alignedâand jump into create content where needed.
- Partner closely with growth to create content and messaging for email drip campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Ensure customers are a key part of all of our content, and create customer-specific content to support sales.
- Deeply understand the competitive landscape and rigorously train the team on our differentiators + how to competitively sell / inform product decisions to differentiate further
- Implement modern tools, AI, and workflows for product, ecosystem, campaign, and content marketing, including demos, videos, resources, etc.
